We start with one portfolio company and a clearly defined commercial, pricing or sourcing question. The purpose is to prove the approach in a real operating context.
Start from existing data
Where suitable, the pilot can begin from a structured data extract. This allows the analysis to start without committing to integration work first.
Work with existing systems
We use data the company already holds in its ERP or data warehouse. The wider portfolio does not need to adopt a common system or data model.
Results in 6 to 8 weeks
The pilot delivers a current-state analysis for the selected company. We then review the results together and discuss whether, where and how the approach could be extended across the portfolio.
